SneakPrice (operated by the SneakPrice developer, the developer listed on Google Play) lets you request deletion of your account and the data associated with it. This page explains the steps, what we delete, what we keep, and how long it takes.
How to request deletion
Open our contact form at sneakpriceapp.com/contact.
Select (or write) the subject "Delete my account".
Include the email address on your SneakPrice account so we can verify ownership of the account being deleted.
Submit the request. We verify it, delete your data (see below), and email you a confirmation once it is complete.
What we delete
When your deletion request is verified, we permanently remove:
Your account and sign-in identity (email address, username, and profile details), held by our authentication provider (Clerk).
Sneaker photos you uploaded and your scan history.
Your watchlist items and saved price alerts.
Your search history and other in-app activity tied to your account.
What we keep
Aggregated, anonymized market data (resale prices, indexes, and trends) that is not linked to your identity. This powers our market intelligence and is retained.
Limited records we are required to retain for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes, where applicable. We do not store payment card details.
How long it takes
We remove access to your account promptly after verifying your request. Your personal data, including any residual and backup copies, is fully purged from our systems within 30 days.
Delete specific data only
If you want to delete only certain data (for example, specific uploaded photos) without deleting your whole account, send the same request and tell us what you would like removed.
